Abstract submission for this meeting is no longer possible.

Everybody has received information on whether or not their abstract has been accepted and whether it has been selected for oral presentation or poster presentation.

Poster presentations are divided in 2 sessions. You can find the final program on the program page.

Important information

Poster session 1 will take place on Sunday, July 13 from 4 pm until 5.30 pm. Posters can be mounted after registration on Saturday, July 12 or on Sunday morning between 8 am and 8.45 am. Posters should be removed on Monday at lunchtime.

Poster session 2 will take place on Tuesday, July 15 from 3.30 pm until 5 pm. Posters can be mounted on Monday, July 14 during lunch or on Tuesday morning between 8 am and 8.45 am. Posters should be removed on Wednesday at lunch time.

Poster presenters should be present at their poster during the poster session. Poster size should not exceed 90x120 cm (width x heigth)! Adhesive materials will be provided.

Oral presentations should be provided as a Powerpoint file on a USB stick or a CD-rom, at least 24h prior to your presentation. Upload of your presentation can be done at the registration desk.

Oral presentations are limited to a 10 minute presentation followed by 5 minutes discussion. We ask all speakers to adhere strictly to this schedule.
