Hotels in different price categories and classes have been selected for this meeting. All the hotels chosen for this meeting are located in the city center and are close to the meeting venue. As we performed a block booking in all these hotels, the online hotel availability tools might state that no more rooms are available. In order to book a room, please contact the hotel directly and mention the Serpins 2008 meeting in order to obtain the meeting discount. We will indicate on this website which hotels are full.

Early booking is recommended, since many conferences are held in Leuven at this time of year and a limited number of rooms are available. Please note that the hotel booking deadline is at July 1, 2008. After that we can no longer assure that a room will be available. For people who come early to Leuven, a small number of rooms are also available from July 10 to July 12 with same meeting discounts.
