The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to the welcome reception on Saturday July 12
- Congress materials (congress bag, CD-rom with abstracts, certificate of attendance,…)
- Coffee and refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks
- Lunches on July 13, 14, 15 and 16
- Reception at Town Hall of Leuven and Congress Dinner (Tuesday July 15)

Accompanying persons can register for the following events:
- Welcome reception (July 12): €50                                                           
- Reception at Town Hall of Leuven and congress dinner (Tuesday July 15): €75

Young Investigator Awards

10 Young Investigator Awards (€ 400) will be given to junior (up to 35 years) presenting authors, selected from submitted abstracts with the highest score. If you want your abstract to be considered for this Young Investigator Award, please indicate this during your abstract submission.

Cancellation policy
- before June 01, 2008: 100% refund of registration fees
- between June 01, 2008 and July 01, 2008: 50% refund of registration fees
- after July 01, 2008: no refund of registration fees
